By accessing and using the Aethenix website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Aethenix provides AI strategy consultancy, software development, and digital transformation services. Specific project terms, including scope, deliverables, and payment, are outlined in individual service agreements signed between Aethenix and the client.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract, all intellectual property developed for a client becomes the property of said client upon full payment of all fees. Aethenix retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets and general methodologies developed during the project.
Aethenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
