What You'll Work On

Produce dynamic AI and technology themed content.

Document and share startup and founder journey stories.

Develop and coordinate major product launch campaigns.

Design educational content streams and rich carousels.

Create highly engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Craft LinkedIn thought leadership articles and coordinate community threads.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other social platforms.
Design social media posts, carousels, and visual assets.
Create scripts for short-form and long-form video content.
Plan and execute content calendars.
Stay updated with AI, startup, and technology trends.
Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers.
Manage community engagement and audience interactions.
Support product launches and growth campaigns.
Track content performance and optimize based on analytics.
Help establish Aethenix as a recognized voice in AI and technology.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in content creation or social media management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X algorithms.
Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Understanding of AI, startups, technology, or entrepreneurship.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Nice to Have: Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Nice to Have: Experience creating viral short-form content.
Nice to Have: SEO and content marketing knowledge.
Nice to Have: Photography or motion graphics skills.
Nice to Have: Experience managing startup or tech brand accounts.
